RP99 Terms & Conditions – Rules for Using Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the RP99 platform. Holding multiple accounts under one individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without refund of any balance accumulated through activity suspected of breaching these terms.

You are solely responsible for keeping your RP99 account username and password secure. RP99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password – at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Log out of your account whenever you finish using a shared device.
• Notify the RP99 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Rp99 reserves the right to suspend any account for identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) purposes at any time, particularly when an account reaches a cumulative amount that requires further verification under our internal compliance procedures.

RP99 only accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through legitimate Malaysian payment methods. All transactions must be made using an account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name — third-party transactions are not accepted.

RP99 reserves the right to request additional document verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, or where suspicious account activity is detected. This is a standard security procedure in place to protect our members.

All bonuses, promotions, cashback, rebates, and special offers provided by RP99 are subject to their respective specific terms and conditions as stated on the Promotions us. The general conditions applicable to all rp99 bonuses are as follows:

• Confirmed bets are final – you may not cancel or modify a bet once it has been accepted by the system.
• Rp99 reserves the right to void bets where a significant technical error has occurred in the display of odds or match information.
• In the event a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours from the original scheduled time, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• For postponed Malaysia Super League and EPL football matches, the specific rules under the rp99 odds platform will apply.
• Odds displayed are in Decimal format and may change in line with market movements until a bet is confirmed.
• The minimum bet is RM 1, and the maximum bet varies depending on the betting category and the member's VIP level.

For live in-play betting, rp99 uses real-time video recording technology to verify results. Any dispute regarding in-play outcomes will be referred to the relevant video recording, and rp99's decision shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rp99 platform and may result in account suspension or termination without notice, as well as legal action where necessary:

• Registering or operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access the platform.
• Manipulating the odds system or exploiting technical bugs for unfair advantage.
• Money laundering – using the rp99 platform to conceal or convert funds derived from illegal activities.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate betting outcomes or coordinating bets to deceive the system.
• Abusing the bonus system through hedging strategies designed to meet rollover requirements without taking on any real risk.
• Using a VPN or IP-masking tools to access the platform from a restricted region.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Initiating chargebacks or disputing legitimate deposit payments through a bank or e-wallet provider.

RP99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Age or identity verification failed or was rejected.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Instructions from legal authorities.
• Member's own request to close their account.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

When an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any funds associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Funds unrelated to fraudulent activity will be returned upon completion of the investigation, at RP99's sole discretion.

Rp99 takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal information is conducted in accordance with RP99 Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).

In summary, RP99 collects personal information for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Providing effective customer support.
• Preventing fraud and money laundering.

• Losses resulting from the use of an unsecured device or internet connection.
• Losses resulting from login credentials being compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Platform disruptions caused by routine maintenance or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Unsatisfactory betting outcomes – all bets that have been confirmed and correctly placed are final.

RP99's maximum liability to any member in any situation is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the disputed incident.

RP99 takes its responsible gaming commitment very seriously. We believe betting should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional stress. To support this, RP99 provides the following tools for all members:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit – Set deposit limits in line with your financial means.
• Loss Limit – Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period – Suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion – Permanently close your account if you feel betting has become a problem.
